  • $100,000 Limit of Liability for Lessee's legal ability for damage to Lessor's property for no less than the following causes of loss: fire, smoke, explosion, backup or overflow of sewer, drain or sump, and water damage. Liability Insurance Addendum is included in the Lease attached, Section 11. 

  • Tenants shall not make any alterations, additions or improvements to the premises without the written consent of the landlord. This is detailed in section 1.1o of the attached lease. 

  • No, subletting is not permitted

  • Two parking garages located onsite ($75 per spot) and 2 parking lots, one on the Vine St. side of the property and the other on the Clark St. side of the property.

  • $50 per application

  • There is storage available at the Fort Wood Apartments, storage costs are currently $15 per storage unit.
